Installation plans for this log cabin are available for download upon purchase. We recommend you check if your building is covered by your household insurance in case of storm damage etc. We provide the construction of all of our products with a 5-year warranty that starts from the product’s purchase date. In order to offer the best service, all of our products are always packaged in UV-resistant plastic film and our products are also protected during transport against potential knocks by the respective bands and timber protection elements. All of our products have been produced in the cold and icy Northern European climate from the dry spruce that has been grown in ecologically managed forests of Sweden, Finland, Russia or the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania).

Returns Policy

Cooling-Off Period:

  • Customers enjoy a cooling-off period commencing from order completion and lasting for 7 days after delivery. During this time, customers may initiate a return if they choose to do so.
  • European Union customers have a 14-day cooling-off period in line with consumer rights.

Initiating a Return:

  • To start the return process, customers must notify Northern Log Cabins in writing within the cooling-off period.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Return Costs & Responsibilities:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the cabin is securely packed for the return to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds:

  • All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days following a thorough inspection, confirming the item's condition aligns with our return criteria.
  • Refunds may exclude original delivery charges and may be subject to deductions for restocking or handling if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Bespoke or made-to-order cabins are non-returnable due to their custom nature.
  • Sale items and gift cards are also excluded from the returns policy.
